Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Policy Overview

At 13Y Innovations, we strive to build high-quality software, AI automation products, and educational technology services (including PRELYF, Janu Trading Academy, and CCMS). This policy outlines our cancellation and refund guidelines in compliance with Indian consumer protection laws and digital service standards.

2. Beta Products & Early Access

Services or modules marked under BETA testing are provided for evaluation, pilot testing, or demonstration purposes. For any pre-orders, reservations, or pilot onboarding fees, terms will be explicitly specified in the respective enterprise service level agreement (SLA) or booking confirmation.

3. Subscription Software (SaaS / CCMS)

For monthly or annual subscriptions to cloud-hosted software (such as Coaching Career Management Software - CCMS):

• You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by writing to info@13yinnovations.com.
• Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, with no renewal charges thereafter.
• Refund requests raised within 7 business days of initial software setup/subscription renewal may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Educational & Counselling Programs (PRELYF & Janu Trading Academy)

For personalized career counselling sessions, personality development workshops, and financial market educational cohorts:

• Cancellations requested at least 48 hours prior to scheduled session commencement are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling credit.
• Once live batch sessions or 1-on-1 counselling delivery has commenced, pro-rated refunds or credit notes may be issued subject to management discretion.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days following confirmation.
